Curated Culture is an impact-media art-documentary series I executive produced across development and pilot delivery — an unscripted docu-series that follows leading curators as they connect underrepresented artists with a new generation of collectors, blending the heartfelt exploration of Queer Eye, the international travel depth of Parts Unknown, and the cinematic precision of Chef's Table, with a motion-graphics visual language inspired by Reading Rainbow's imaginative opening treatment. The pilot, produced through PAKKE at a $100K delivered budget, tracks Egyptian artist Dina AZ Salem and other featured artists including Chris Wilson, Lerone Wilson, and Marqus Jamal Clark, with Amir Browder (founder of DC's HOMME gallery) serving as producer and on-camera curator. I moved the series into a full 8-episode season under Method Media packaging the show with Emmy-nominated Executive Producer / Writer Valerie Edwards (The One and Only Dick Gregory with Lena Waithe and Kevin Hart; Soul Food: The Series; Judge Judy), Method Media's Emmy-winning cinematographer Jordon Rioux and Line Producer Chris Knitter, and consulting producer ET Williams — a prolific African American art collector whose Studio Museum in Harlem donations and MoMA board seat anchor the series' curatorial credibility. The full season carries a $300K-per-episode budget being pitched to distributors ahead of sale.
