Farm to Table at the Farm: A Celebration of Local Food & Community with Patagonia DC was an experiential fundraising dinner produced through Pakke at Common Good City Farm, a working urban farm and food-access nonprofit at 300 V St NW in Washington, DC's LeDroit Park. Patagonia DC and Honeyflower Foods underwrote the program; Chef Nic Bash of Honeyflower served as chef partner with a menu sourced from locally-grown produce; Right Proper Brewing Co, Lubanzi Wines, and Blue Ridge 'Bucha provided beverage; and Patagonia DC's local store team activated on-site. The dinner ran Thursday, August 1, 2019, seating 50 guests at a long table inside the farm's covered pavilion, with proceeds returning to Common Good's mission of urban agriculture education and food access in DC.

I produced the program end-to-end through Pakke, the production company I cofounded, handling sponsor architecture, hospitality logistics, and partner alignment across all six named partners. The credential most worth surfacing: Patagonia listed the dinner on their official Local Events surface at patagonia.com and routed their audience to Pakke's proprietary platform at pakkesocial.com for both event registration and ticket payment processing. That's a higher bar than a co-marketed event typically clears. Patagonia trusted Pakke to host their audience and run their commerce, not just to be a co-billed sponsor. On the production side, I built the partner agreements with Honeyflower and the three beverage brands, coordinated the on-site activation with Patagonia DC's store team, ran chef hand-off with Nic Bash and the Honeyflower team during service, and managed the 50-guest table-scale operation inside a venue that was also a functioning farm, the kind of context where service flow has to bend around the working site, not the other way around.

The dinner ran on August 1, 2019, at 50 guests, with proceeds returning to Common Good City Farm. The brief I set out to deliver, a polished farm-to-table activation that brought a national outdoor brand, a local chef partnership, and a working urban farm into the same room around a single shared meal, landed as designed: six aligned partners, brand-permission commerce flow held cleanly, and the philanthropic intent was the program's organizing principle, not a tagline added to it. The program was the kind of work Pakke had been building its model around, socially-connective experiences underwritten by businesses, both national and local, that wanted to invest in their communities — before the pandemic the following spring closed that line of business out.
